Todd will focus his practice on commercial litigation and prosecuting claims relating to investments in digital assets, including cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology. Prior to joining Harrison, Todd practiced commercial litigation at Kenny Nachwalter, P.A.
Todd received his J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law, where he was a member of the University of Miami Law Review, the Bar & Gavel Honor Society, and was a Dean’s Merit Scholarship recipient. Upon graduation, he clerked for the Honorable Robert M. Gross of Florida’s Fourth District Court of Appeal. He received his B.A. from Swarthmore College.
Todd is admitted to practice in Florida and several federal courts. He is a board member and director of the University of Miami School of Law’s Law Alumni Association and serves on the Downtown Development Authority’s Resiliency Task Force for the City of Miami.
